The third party report can be used as supplementary evidence to show an assessor that a candidate has demonstrated competency over time within the workplace. It is often used if the assessor is unable to observe the candidate within the workplace. The third party report is not a valid piece of evidence until it is signed and dated by all three interest groups, (the candidate/student, the candidate's assessor and the candidate's manager/employer).
